Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and are charged separately. For the territory of the Republic of Croatia the delivery is charged 5,00 € of charge, for orders from EU countries delivery is charged 10,00 €, for orders from rest of the world 15,00 €.
TIME OF DELIVERY
We ship all orders using the Croatian Post (Hrvatska Pošta), and the expected time of delivery is:
Croatia – 2 - 5 working days, shipping to islands may take longer, as well as during sales, when the time of delivery is extended up to 10 working days.
Europe – up to 14 working days
Rest of the world – 2 - 4 weeks
GREI shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of this Contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control such as adverse weather conditions or packages being inspected by customs.
