GREI Gift Card

The digital gift card will be sent directly to your e-mail address and can be applied to any purchase at www.grei.hr .
You can then print out the gift card or just forward it by e-mail to the person it is intended for.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

- Gift cards can only be purchased online and can only be used at www.grei.hr .
- With a gift card, you can pay the full value or part of the value of selected products and/or services. The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. If the purchase is not fully covered by the gift card, you can top up the rest of the amount. Payment methods are listed at www.grei.hr .
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When purchasing a Gift Card on the Site, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately after the purchase is completed. GREI is not responsible for failure or delay in delivery. The client is obliged to provide the correct e-mail address for delivery. If the specified e-mail address cannot be verified, GREI reserves the right to refuse delivery of the Gift Card.
- The maximum amount that an individual Gift Card can contain is 100,00€.
- A gift card expires automatically after its balance is used up. The gift card cannot be topped up with an additional amount.
- The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the gift card.
- After the expiration date specified on the gift card, the gift card cannot be used for purchases, cannot be reactivated, and the remaining value cannot be compensated. GREI has no obligation to remind or inform the User about the expiration of the gift card and it is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that all balance is used in full before the expiration date.
- GREI cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen gift cards.
